Voxa provides AI-driven automated voice reception and telephony answering services for businesses. You are responsible for configuring accurate hours, contact details, and transfer destinations.
You agree to comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws regarding two-party or one-party call recording consent, telecommunications regulations, and unsolicited communications.
Memberships are billed monthly or annually in advance. Monthly subscriptions include the listed one-time setup fee on the initial invoice; annual subscriptions waive that fee. New memberships on all plans and both billing options also include a separate $199 annual fee. The first annual fee is charged at the start of month three, two calendar months after activation, and renews every 12 months from that date while membership remains active. This fee is separate from setup and membership charges and stops when paid membership ends. Older memberships without this disclosed fee retain their existing terms. Voice-minute allowances reset monthly on both billing options. Completed inbound call seconds are pooled across your businesses and rounded up to whole minutes once per monthly voice cycle. Minutes beyond the allowance are billed at $0.15 for Starter, $0.12 for Pro, or $0.10 for Agency. Extra local phone-line capacity costs $2.50 per month per line; toll-free capacity costs $4.50 per month per line. Multiple phone numbers can route to one business and share its receptionist settings and the account’s monthly voice allowance. Customers must purchase phone-line capacity before activation. Detaching a number does not automatically cancel paid capacity; reduce it in Billing after detaching excess numbers. Overage minutes are billed in arrears and phone add-ons recur monthly. You can manage billing and cancel renewal from your Voxa Billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your paid membership period. Scheduled tier changes take effect at membership renewal; add-on changes apply immediately with Stripe prorations. Applicable taxes, when enabled, appear at checkout and on invoices.
